INTRODUCTION
Pilz was founded in 1948 in Ostfildern, Germany. The technology leader offers complete automation solutions for Safety and Industrial Security on machinery, worldwide. An international range of services with consulting, engineering and training completes the portfolio. Pilz South East Asia was established in 2016 to cater to customers in the rapidly growing region. Today, it has 2 offices – Singapore and Thailand, as well as a presence in Malaysia, and Vietnam with a strong network of local partners spread across the territory including Indonesia and the Philippines.
PRODUCTS
1. myPNOZ
The award-winning, world’s first modular safety relay. It consists of a head module and a maximum of eight expansion modules and ensures safe monitoring of 2 to 16 input functions such as emergency stop, safety gates, safety light curtains, two-hand IIIA/C controls, and enabling switches.
2. PNOZmulti 2 (Configurable safe small controllers)
The world’s first configurable safety controller is celebrating its 20 years of innovation! Monitors safety functions such as E-STOPs, safety gates, or light curtains on your plant or machine with a maximum safety up to PL e or SIL CL 3
3. PITreader card unit
With its access permission system PITreader card unit, Pilz is introducing new formats for efficient control of access permissions: The RFID-capable cards PITreader card and stickers PITreader sticker can be used in conjunction with or instead of the existing PITreader key transponder key.
4. PNOZ (Safety Relays)
The safety relays PNOZ monitor safety functions such as emergency stop, safety gates, light barriers, light curtains, two-hand controls, speed, standstill, and much more
5. PSS 4000 (PSSuniversal Controllers in the automation system)
The PSSuniversal PLC controllers are a suitable solution for interlinked, complex plants. They can be used as part of a network or as a stand-alone system. In conjunction with I/O modules, you can use these controllers to create control systems that are tailored to your individual requirements.

One of our most sought-after services that provides a comprehensive overview of the safety and conformity status of the machinery tested under the scope of this evaluation.
7. Certified Machinery Safety Expert (CMSE®)
The four-day course gives an overall view of the subject of machinery safety and is divided into five modules that convey comprehensive knowledge on and about the machinery lifetime cycle. The CMSE modules are standardized worldwide and are of a uniform level. The concluding TÜV NORD certificate has international validity.
