It ranges from the testing equipment using digital X-ray technology to find defects, Prescale to enable visual confirmation of physical pressure, microfilm solutions for long-term archiving, to micro filters ensuring precise filtering with our proprietary microporous membranes.
1.Prescale :
Prescale film can precisely measure pressure, pressure distribution, and pressure balance.
Fujifilm’s advanced technology in color film manufacturing enables Fuji to produce extremely thin and stable Prescale films of less than 200μm(100μmx2).
Red patches will appear on the film when pressure is applied and the color density changes according to the various pressure levels.
2.Thermoscale:
A revolutionary new film that enables anyone to measure heat distribution easily by observing the variation in density and hue.
3.UVscale :
Ultraviolet light measurement film enables anyone to measure ultraviolet light amount distribution easily by just cutting to size and inserting as required. This Fujifilm technology finds wide range of applications and measurement techniques.
4.FCR (Fuji Computed Radiography) :
Industrial radiography is an application of Non-destructive testing (NDT) that uses X-rays to reveal defects in manufactured products or structures. Fujifilm NDT systems share digital X-ray innovations with our Fuji Computed Radiography (FCR) medical imaging systems.
